A great philosophy. Great story. Very relaxing to hear. It teaches how we are one with the universe. It helps you calm down our daily stress and problems by focusing on what you can do to be a better person, instead of worrying about things that are taken care of. I really enjoyed this book. the concept is simple, the four chords are understandable, the results are undeniable… However, the disciplined practice of consciousness and action is a monumental challenge… not because it is complicated, but monumental to achieve, because it requires a complete description of your deepest thoughts and actions.
The constant presence of the mind and continuous concentration will begin to unravel the lifespan of the unhealthy conditioning with which we all felt comfortable. When I started hearing it, I almost turned it off because it seemed far too “new age” (i.e. spiritual nonsense). I`m so glad I didn`t. After the first 2 minutes, this book is awesome. I think this book may have completely changed the way I look at the world. Basically, the author says that life is a dream, and the way we look at the world will determine whether it is a nightmare or an incredible dream. But, instead of thinking of nebulous stereotypes as ?just positive? or “think big?,” it explains how to do it in a much better way than I`ve ever heard it. Some of them must be taken into account, provided that some of what he says can be interpreted as interpreted? Can`t I do anything wrong? and the rest of the world is confused, but not me?. But he really says that they do not turn away from the error and that they learn from them and that they continue. Plus, he says that people can be a lot to judge (for various reasons he explains) and you need to be aware of that before accepting what they say.
ANYWAY, BUY THIS AUDIO PLAYER!!! It`s cheap and it could radically change the way we look at the world. As a bonus, Peter Coyote, the narrator, is excellent. Letting Go describes a simple and effective way to free obstacles to enlightenment and become free of negativity. During many decades of the author`s clinical psychiatric practice, the main objective was to seek the most effective ways of alleviating human suffering in all its many forms. The internal mechanism of surrender was considered to be of great practical use and described in this book. Although the content and arrangements are useful and relevant to the 21st century, I had the impression that there were many very religious and supra-spiritual elements in the stories. How to use these booksThe books I write are alive. They were created by an act of power and contain seeds to transform your life.
