2. The city shall be represented on the public health commission by seven members of the municipal council to be appointed. 1999, about 14, ched. A, p. 7 (2). (a) a collective agreement within the meaning of the Labour Relations Act 1995, ii. assets or liabilities relating to the amalgamated territory that, as at December 31, 2000, are assets or liabilities of the Crown under the law of Ontario or another public body and that are assets or liabilities of the city or any of its local bodies on or after January 1, 2001. 1999, c. 14, Ched. A, p. 13 (2). (a) all former municipalities that are part of the city, except former municipalities that are local road or local utility authorities, and 15. (1) The city may establish one or more communal service zones in the communal service areas and levy one or more special local taxes under section 312 of the Municipal Act 2001, in order to increase all or part of its costs for the following services, including the costs of construction, maintenance, operation, improvement, extension and financing of these services: (5) The voting costs to be paid in 2000 will be included in the Operational Budget of the Regional Municipality of Sudbury for the year 2000 inclusive.

Orders the regional municipality to pay those costs in accordance with the instructions of the person designated pursuant to paragraph 2. The voting costs to be paid in 2001 shall be borne by the city. 28. 1. Any collective agreement, which shall apply to employees of a former municipality immediately before the entry into force of this paragraph, shall apply to such workers and to workers hired to replace them until the date on which the collective agreement or interconnected contract of which it is part expires in accordance with Article 23(8) or (24)(7), ยง 29 or subsection 31 (3) of the Transfer of Employment Relations in the Public Sector Act 1997 in respect of: such workers. 1999, c. 14, Ched. 19. (1) In the circumstances described in this Division, the transition committee may, by order, amend or terminate a contract (other than a collective agreement) between a former municipality and a person who is a municipal officer or a higher-ranking employee. . . .
